Weekends and Bank Holidays
Please note that Sundays and Bank holidays are non-working days. For e.g. if you order on Saturday afternoon and choose Express Delivery, we will dispatch your order on Monday and you will receive your order on Tuesday.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So, if you change your mind we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase as long as the items have their original packaging, are unused and in a resaleable condition.

You may want to return an item if:
You are not fully satisfied with it.
It is faulty or damaged when you received it.
It was not as described on the website.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product
If the item is as described on the website and in good condition but you still want to return it, we will be happy to provide a refund for it. We simply need to receive it in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the item. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and a refund will then be issued.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described on the website
Provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, if goods are established to be faulty, received damaged or you have simply not received what you ordered, then we will either exchange them or we will collect them and provide a full refund at no extra cost to you. We will also bear the cost of the return wherever a return is applicable.
If the damage to an item is deemed to be malicious, no refund (product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.
To exchange a faulty or damaged item, we may ask you to email us a picture of the item as you received it. We may then send a replacement to you without you having to return the item to us. Please note that this only applies to specific items.
For security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with and we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
Please do not post an item to us before talking to us first.
If you find the same product on a competitor website at a lower price including delivery, we will match the delivered price.
If you have already purchased the item from us and contact us within 7 days, we will refund the difference.
How to request a price match
Use the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the link to the product page on a competitor website.
Specify the precise product and price you would like us to match.
We will review the competitor website within 24 hours and if the price remains lower, we will send you a discount code to use at checkout. If you have already purchased the product from us, include your order number and we will refund the difference to you.
Terms & Conditions
The product listed on the competitor website should be identical, including size, variation and pack size.
The product should not be part of a bundle or offered free.
The product should be in stock and available and the same quantity should be available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
The total price including delivery to your shipping address should be lower than the delivered price on Mahahome.com.
The competitor’s price should be available to all customers and exclude any membership or personal discounts.
The competitor price should continue to remain lower up to 24 hours after you make your request.
We will not exceed a 60% discount on our listed price.
We will not match the price if the competitor is not an established business in the UK or if we have reason to believe that the product listing is deceptive.
Our price promise only applies to products delivered in the UK. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
