Next Day Delivery - £5.99 Order before 12PM to receive your order on the next working day.
Delays While we do our best to ensure you receive your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery on an estimated day. If you paid for a fast delivery service and your order was delayed, we will refund you the difference with the standard delivery charge.
Standard delivery is via either Hermes or Yodel and all other shipping services use DPD, voted the UK's best delivery service. All orders are fully tracked.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns and offer refunds subject to the following conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Unwanted product If you don’t want to keep the product, we are happy to accept a return up to 365 days after your purchase. However you will have to pay the returns postage and the product needs to be in an unused and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging.
Product damaged in transit If you received a damaged product we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your product to discuss available options. No refund will be made If the damage is deemed to be malicious.
Faulty product If a product develops a fault within 365 days, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund. This will be subject to you having followed the care instructions of the product.
Wrong product or not as described If the product is not as described on the website or you received the wrong product, we will offer an exchange or a refund. We will ask you to return the product at our cost.
Order delayed If your order is severely delayed and you no longer want the product, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. We may ask you to refuse delivery.
Proof of damage, fault or product not as advertised For faulty or damaged products or products not as advertised, we will ask you to provide pictures showing the damage or fault and you may be required to return the product to us. We will bear the postage cost. Please note that we may also require you to send pictures of the delivery packaging.
Delivery charge refunds Please note that any delivery service other than Standard Delivery is an optional extra which is not refundable when fulfilled within the promised time frame.
We will always refund only the Standard Delivery charge of £4.99 irrespective of any service that you used except in cases where the delivery promise was not fulfilled (please see below).
If you paid for a faster service and did not receive your order within the promised delivery time, your order will be treated as a standard delivery order and we will only refund the difference in delivery charge. For e.g. if you chose Next Day Delivery (£7.99) and your order was delayed, we will refund £3. To receive a full refund, you can instead choose to cancel your order and refuse the delivery.
All refunds are made within 5 working days of an order cancellation, receiving a returned item or pictures of a damaged, faulty or wrong product.
How to return an item
Please email email@example.com or call 0208 810 5249 with details of your order. We will review your order and provide you with a return label that you will need to print and affix to the parcel.
Post the product to: Returns Department Mahahome Heathfield House Hurdles Way Duxford Cambridge CB22 4PA. You will need to include your order number in the parcel so we can identify your order.
We will process your return and issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the product.
Please note that for security reasons: We cannot refund a different card to the one used for your original order. We can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
This returns policy does not apply to items not directly purchased on Mahahome.com
Our price promise is simple:
If you find the same product on a competitor website at a lower price including delivery, we will try to match the delivered price. If we are unable to match the delivered price we will offer a discount not exceeding 10% of the product price. (Please contact us for special discounts on volume orders.)
If you have already purchased the item from us and contact us within 7 days, we will refund the difference.
How to request a price match
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the link to the product page on a competitor website.
Specify the precise product and price you would like us to match.
We will review the competitor website within 24 hours and if the price remains lower, we will send you a discount code not exceeding 10% of the product price to use at checkout. If you have already purchased the product from us, include your order number and we will refund the difference to you.
Terms & Conditions
We will not exceed a 10% discount on our listed price.
The product listed on the competitor website should be identical, including size, variation and pack size.
The product should not be part of a bundle or offered free.
The product should be in stock and available and the same quantity should be available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
The total price including delivery to your shipping address should be lower than the delivered price on Mahahome.com.
The competitor’s price should be available to all customers and exclude any membership or personal discounts.
The competitor price should continue to remain lower up to 24 hours after you make your request.
We will not match the price if the competitor is not an established business in the UK or if we have reason to believe that the product listing is deceptive.
Our price promise only applies to products delivered in the UK. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
