Standard Delivery is free for orders over £40. Your order will be sent using the Standard Delivery service and will be with you within 3-5 working days. You can still choose Fast Delivery or Next Day Delivery (if available) at checkout if you want it delivered sooner.
Fast Delivery - £4.50 (2-3 working days, UK Mainland only)
We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day and use a fast service to ensure you receive your order within 2-3 working days after placing your order.
Next Day Delivery - £5.50 (UK Mainland only)
Next Day Delivery is only available Monday to Friday before 10am. We will dispatch your order on the same day to ensure you receive your order the next day.
Working days, Weekends and Bank Holidays
Please note that we process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday only. Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days, while couriers also deliver on Saturdays. Orders placed on a Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery estimates are based on stock being available and fit for dispatch, and on couriers collecting and delivering within the required time frame. While we make every effort to ensure we can fulfil our delivery promise to you, we cannot guarantee delivery on an estimated day.
365 day returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So, if you change your mind we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase as long as the items have their original packaging, are unused and in a resaleable condition.
For returns or refunds, contact us with your order number or send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RMA) and further instructions.
You may want to return an item if:
You are not fully satisfied with it.
It is faulty or damaged when you received it.
It was not as described on the website.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product
If the item is as described on the website and in good condition but you still want to return it, we will be happy to provide a refund for it. We simply need to receive it in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the item. Also, the initial packaging and postage charge is not refundable. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and a refund will then be issued.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described on the website
Provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, if goods are established to be faulty, received damaged or you have simply not received what you ordered, then we will either exchange them or we will collect them and provide a full refund at no extra cost to you. We will also bear the cost of the return wherever a return is applicable.
If the damage to an item is deemed to be malicious, no refund (product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.
To exchange a faulty or damaged item, we may ask you to email us a picture of the item as you received it. We may then send a replacement to you without you having to return the item to us. Please note that this only applies to specific items.
All returns must have the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Failure to do this may result in a delay. We aim to process any applicable refunds within 7 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. For security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with and we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.

We monitor the market daily to ensure that we are offering the best value. We are confident that you are paying the lowest delivered price for any particular item that is online in the UK.
If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere online in the UK, including delivery charges, we will endeavour to match that price. If you have already purchased the item from us we will refund the difference within 7 days.
We can only match identical items (including the colour and size variation), and where the competitor has the item in stock and available for immediate delivery. As we require evidence of this we do not price match listings on Amazon or Ebay.
The comparison value will be the total basket price including all delivery charges.
The competitor's price must be available to all customers and must exclude any VIP, membership or personal discounts.
