Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns and offer refunds subject to the following conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected irrespective of our rules.

Unwanted product

If the product was received in good condition and as advertised on the website but you don’t want to keep it, we are happy to accept a return up to 365 days after your purchase. However you will have to pay the returns postage cost and the product needs to be in an unused and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging. 

Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund of the product price within 3 working days. 

Please note that we will not refund the original order’s shipping cost.

Damaged product

If you received a damaged product we will offer an exchange or a refund. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your product to discuss your options. We may ask you to provide pictures of the damaged product or we may request you to return the product at our cost.

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receiving the product or pictures of the damaged product. 

If the damage to a product is deemed to be malicious, no refund (product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.

Wrong product or not as described

If the product  you received is not as was described on the site or what you received isn’t what you ordered, we will offer an exchange or a refund. We may ask you to provide pictures of the product or we may request you to return the product at our cost.

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receiving pictures of the product. 

Faulty product

If a product purchased with us develops a fault within 365 days, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund. We may ask you to provide pictures of the faulty product or we may request you to return the product at our cost.

If you choose a refund instead of replacement, we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receiving the product or pictures of the faulty product.

Delayed delivery

If your order is severely delayed and you no longer want the product, we will offer a partial or full refund. 

We may ask you to refuse delivery or return the product at our own cost. We will offer a partial refund if you decide to keep the product, and a full refund if you don’t want the product.

We will issue the refund within 3 working days of cancelling the order.

How to return an item

  1. Please contact us via the website contact form, the ‘My Account’ page, send an email to sales@mahahome.com or call 0208 810 5249. 
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code which should be clearly marked on the packaging. Failure to do so may result in a delay.
  3. Post the product to:

  4. We will process your return and issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving the product.

Please note that for security reasons:

  • We cannot refund a different card to the one used for your original order.
  • We can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.

This returns policy does not apply to daily deals voucher promotions not directly purchased on Mahahome.com
